Edit: Ritilan is a medication prescribed by a doctor for ADHD. It does not give the same effects to the user as meth if prescribed properly, it reacts as a downer and makes the normally hyper person leveled out. Read Prescribed by a doctor with close monitoring for a treatment of a medical condition.
