Let me get this straight, this mojado gets high as a kite, attacks Border Patrol when they take off his cuffs, they taser him and he dies because of all of the drugs in his system?

How is that murder?

Methamphetamine abuse and hypertension contributed to the death of a 32-year-old Illegal Alien who was shocked with a stun gun in a fight with federal agents at the San Ysidro border crossing, the county coroner’s office ruled.

The Mexican Foreign Ministry issued a statement Monday, saying it “expresses its indignation and reiterates its strongest condemnation of the acts that caused the death of Mr. Hernandez-Rojas.”

He was caught, along with his brother, trying to sneak into the United States via the mountains east of Tijuana.

Hernandez-Rojas signed papers agreeing to be returned to Mexico. At the gate leading to Mexico, agents removed the man’s handcuffs and he became violent about 9:15 p.m., San Diego police spokesman Jim Collins said.

How is that murder? It sounds like textbook standard operating procedure to me.

The charges will most likely be dropped after more investigation people fail to realize life isn’t a movie you can’t just kill a person even if you are a pig whoops sorry i meant even if you are in law enforcement there are procedures things have to be investigated how do you know that’s 100% what happen because the news and government told you ?

He’s being charged with murder because he killed somebody. In court they will decide whether it was defense or not.
