It was a coworker but I dont think its being handled correctly because I am being left alone with that person at my workplace.

I regretably resign from my job at ________________ effective _________________. Althoiugh I enjoy working at _________________, I refuse to work in a hostile environment where I am sexually harassed on a regular basis and where it is common to witness drug abuse in the workplace. My concerns have been ignored by management so I feel that I have no other option.

that sucks that YOU are resigning after that. why don’t you write a letter of complaint instead? or was it your boss doing the harassing and drugging?
