I know someone who takes percocet and it hasn’t been subscribed to them, and they have been taking it for 3 years and are very addicted, how can the person come off it?

There are many drug addiction treatment programs available to him.
If your friend REALLY wants to get off the pain pills he/she should do it in a medically supervised situation.
Schick Shadel Hospital in the Seattle area is a good one.

Talk to your Dr. about suboxen (my spelling might be incorrect) it is used for detoxing from opioid and have been shown to be very effective.
We recommend it in treatment programs for Heroin addicts,and other opioid addicts.
good luck and in the future try to find a non-narcotic pain killer if possible.
