Buprenorphine will do it.
Screw methadon, kicking that hurts worse then the H.
Or you could get a bunch of Klonipan, Xanaz or Valium, maybe some Vicoden for the first few days. Dope up on the benzos and smoke some pot, you can get through it.
Hey! If it was painless to kick, what would keep you from getting right back on it as soon as your tolerance went away?
Go to a s-load of meetings and pray, shake and bake baby. God will give you the strength to get through it.
Clonidine, a blood pressure med, will do away with some of the nausea, but you won’t sleep until you detox, just get over the idea of sleeping.
Buprenorphine is the way to go if you can afford it.
