What do you believe needs to be incorported into the program to make it successful? Include: type of inmate to be allowed to participate, length of program, counselor/teacher requirements, resources needed and anything else you think would be important.

Most prisons already have rehab programs. Whether or not the inmate chooses to be successful or not is up to the inmate.

I don’t believe addicts belong in prison at all . I would consult a private treatment program and see what they do and copy. But also check the recidivism rate since I think it is quite high
