If you have at least half a brain you will give drugs a wide berth in the first place.

You can drink detox, which you can find at head shops, Freestyles, and I think even at Wal-Mart. This is also referred to as an “herbel cleanser”, because it cleanses out your system.
Also, drink alot of water and nothing else, this will help the cleansing process.
And if you’re wandering how long something stays in your system heres a list:

Amphetamines) 1-2 days
Barbituates) 2-3 Days
Cocaine) 1-2 days
GHB) 1-2 days
Heroin) 1-2 days
Ketamine) 2-4 days
LSD) a few hours or up to 5 days (but doesn’t show up on drug tests)
Weed: 2-5 days, but my friend always wait 2 weeks before a drug test to smoke again just in case. I have to wait a month because the daily user can be detected up to a month.
MDMA) 1-5 days
Methadone) up to a week
