Can Lambeth Council really eradicate homelessness by end of 2012?

In May the council opened a new 28-bed assessment centre in Vauxhall, which offers rough sleepers a place to stay whilst their housing needs are assessed. The centre is run by Broadway, a homeless charity, and the Housing Association L&Q.
